Job Description


POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Manager, Floater, Donor Services - Recruitment Department is a short-term donor recruitment assignment in support of activities within a team. The floater will be given assignments including administrative support, prospecting, direct recruitment, and special assignments at the discretion of the District Manager or designee. As a territory position becomes available the Account Manager, Floater will be considered for the position dependent upon their training readiness and the location of the available territory. This is a trainee position.



POSITION QUALIFICATIONSAND KNOWLEDGE

A. Education and Experience

     1. College graduate preferred, or equivalent years of successful work experience.

     2. Previous sales experience.

     3. Must have demonstrated good communication skills, both written and oral.
