North on Roosevelt Boulevard (Route 1):
The Smylie Times Building is located at the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and Rhawn Streets. When coming from the south, the Smylie Times Building will be located on your right-hand side. The building is a large square five-story building. Park in the large parking lot just past the building itself. The American Red Cross has a separate entrance on the ground floor facing the parking lot. (Please do not go through the main lobby of the building.)

South on Roosevelt Boulevard (Route 1):
